The Ohio Weightlifting State Organization (WSO) is a volunteer sub-committee which operates under the direction of USA Weightlifting, Inc. The Ohio WSO committee is responsible for hosting and promoting local weightlifting events, including the Ohio WSO Championships, maintaining Ohio WSO records, and promoting the sport of weightlifting in the state.

WSOs are determined by geographical area, with the entire State of Ohio making up our Ohio WSO.
